TELFAR is Now Making 100% Leather Wallets

Telfar Clemens is always helping us secure a bag. His eponymous label, TELFAR, known for their iconic shopping tote, their bot-fighting bag security program, and their sense of community, is now releasing a wallet. 

“You asked and asked and asked — we took our time AND DID IT RIGHT,” the brand wrote on their Instagram. TELFAR is not one to add SKU’s for the sake of sales and trend cycles, so when they add something to their family of products, we know they mean business. The wallet, available January 23rd, will come in 17 of the brand’s beloved colors. And because they wanted their wallets to be as durable as possible, the brand made the decision to craft their wallets in 100% genuine leather, despite historically making their bags out of vegan leather. The wallets will go for $144 each on TELFAR.net. 

The look of the wallet is closely aligned with the look of the bag. That is to say: the simple, graphic T logo embossing takes up the real estate on both sides of the exterior. The inside is accessible via zipper for added security. Inside, the wallet folds out to six card slots, a large cash pocket, and a coin pouch.

Stay vigilant — the wallets are sure to sell out in an instant. We can only hope they’ll be added to the next bag security program or remixed into one of TELFAR’s famous collabs.
