From the man who helmed films like Ek Villain and Aashiqui 2, Mohit Suri, comes another romance – Hamari Adhuri Kahani! The film, which is one of Bollywood’s most anticipated films of 2015, is finally set to hit theatres in July 2015. Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt, the film stars Vidya Balan, Emraan Hashmi and Rajkummar Rao. The film recently released its trailer, which has hit the million view count shortly after it’s upload.

The film, like most films from the Bhatt camp, has some of the best music, including chartbusters like Humnava and the title track. Composed by Mithoon, of Aashiqui 2 fame, the music has already been loved by the masses and other music directors in the business. If sources are to be believed, the film is loosely based on the love of story of producer Mahesh Bhatt’s parents, Nanabhai Bhatt, Shirin Mohammed Ali and his stepmother.

Apart from Hashmi, Balan and Rao, the film also stars a few new faces – Sara Khan, Madhurima Tuli and Amala Akkineni. Most notably, the film is also Hashmi and Balan’s third appearance together, after the films The Dirty Picture and Ghanchakkar.

The story of the film is simple, chronicling the story of Rao and Balan, who are married. Rao plays an abusive husband, in the film, and is arrested one day. Balan falls in love with another man, played by Hashmi, who plays a hotel tycoon with a few problems of his own. The film is all about lost love, second chances and love with a vengeance. The movie trailer of Hamari Adhuri Kahani has already created much buzz in the film fraternity, with millions of people waiting to watch it. The film has also made a splash for it’s music as well.

Recently a new song of the film was released, called Humnava, which opened to a smashing YouTube response. The song tells the story of two star crossed lovers, Emraan and Vidya. The song has been composed by Mithoon, the same man who gave us the chartbusters from Aashiqui 2, and sung by Papon, the new sensation on the music circuit. With soul-stirring melodies, the soundtrack of the film is probably the biggest USP! Director Mohit Suri, who is excited for the release, was heard saying that music is the fabric of the film, based on which the story is created. He was also heard speaking about the title track, which seems to capture the essence of the film perfectly and is an integral part.
