Gigi Hadid put a grunge-inspired spin on the summer’s sheer trend. Previously spotted in a vibrant monochromatic look and a Barbiecore pink dress, the model chose varying shades of black for her newest out and about ‘fit.

Walking the streets of New York City on Friday, Gigi wore a sheer, black cardigan from Princess Polly. The top, which tied together in the front, was more cropped in nature, hitting above Gigi’s waist area. Beneath the top, she wore a black bra.

Gigi paired the black top with matching denim. Her black jeans had a faded-like color and a baggy fit. She added a touch of grunge with her Converse sneakers and circular-shaped sunglasses. She also wore a black and green bag and a chunky necklace.

Gigi’s sister Bella was just spotted in a sheer bandeu top and Kendall Jenner coordinated her sheer dress with colorful swimwear.

Summer is winding down, but there’s definitely still time for a DIY sheer moment. There are multiple ways of wearing the look, with options like sheer dresses placed over swimwear and sheer tops paired with bralettes. You could even pick up a sheer bodysuit and wear it with denim.

She turned swimwear into a complete outfit, with a look featuring her Frankie’s Bikinis line, celebrated her birthday in a corset and lace pants, and she also matched a cozy yellow hat to her handbag.
