Goody’s Latest Collab Brings Art and Cool Retro Vibes to Hair Accessories and Tools
Taking its hair accessories and tools category to a whole new level, Goody has released its largest collaboration ever, Goody Tru, featuring various bold and colorful scrunchies, headwraps, brushes, hair pins, and more.
The new 60-piece collection was designed in partnership with three multicultural female artists (Reyna Noriega, the trio of sisters from the dance group Let It Happen, and Luisa Salas (also known as “Hola Lou”) and created exclusively for Walmart. Each artist had the freedom to incorporate their own unique twist by using bright colors, geometric shapes, and patterns that reflected their own personal style. Together, they’ve created a hair accessory collection unlike no other that can be used on all hair types.
You can pick and choose from paddle brushes and leaf-shaped claw clips to colorful barrettes and flower-shaped hair charms. The styles and prints are also versatile, so each piece can easily be incorporated into your everyday hair routine (spruce up a basic ponytail with these cute scrunchies!).
Artist Reyna Noreiga, is an Afro-Caribbean Latina visual artist, author, and educator based in Miami, and she used her background and love for art to inspire her hair accessory pieces, using vibrant Carribean-inspired hues.
“I love that when people experience my art it makes them feel happy. Creating bright, colorful, and affordable products that will spark joy and inspire others is a huge win for me,” Reyna shared in a press release.
In each collection, you’ll find a set of brushes, claw clips, headbands, barrettes, scrunchies, elastics, scarves, and even hair charms that can be used to decorate braids and faux locs. The best part? Everything in the collection is affordable, ranging from $4 to $12.

“We are proud to bring this bright and beautiful collection to Walmart that we believe will resonate with shoppers of all ages and styles,” Jennifer added.
The Goody Tru x Reyna Noriega, Goody Tru x Hola Lou, and Goody Tru x Let It Happen collections are exclusively available at Walmart (in stores & online).
