Kylie Jenner Wore a Seriously Long Top That Was Dragging on the Sidewalk — See the Photo
Kylie Jenner is apparently spearheading the let your clothing drag on the floor fashion movement. Just days after she was was spotted taking a NYC stroll in the long jeans ever, the star again embraced all things oversized, wearing a top with a seriously extended train.
For her Wednesday NYC outing, Kylie sported a black leather miniskirt with a corset detail and a floral-print top. Normally, we’d take note of her take on the corset trend, but her top, with its trailing tail-like detail, is the focus of our fashion attention.
The colorful top was wrapped around one shoulder, with fabric trailing behind her. The resulting excess fabric acted a train-meets-napkin for the sidewalk.
Kylie Jenner completed the ‘fit with sunglasses, dainty earrings, and leather gloves. Her heeled sandals wrapped around her ankles, and we’re assuming she was somehow able to manuever her steps in the shoes without landing on her top.
Kylie first wore unnecessarily long jeans, donning pants that were extended enough to sink into puddles during a walk with Kendall. Although she didn’t initially seem to mind getting her pants a little wet, the Kylie Cosmetics founder later changed up her footwear, wearing platform boots that prevented her jeans from continuing to drag. TBQH, it was truly a missed opportunity for Kylie to bust out her poots again.
It’s far too soon to say for certain whether this majorly impractical way of styling will become the next big trend, but we’re always here to keep tabs on celebrity looks. We’d humbly suggest that in lieu of oversized items that could potentially get wet or dirty, perhaps consider taking a cue from another Kardashian, and choose larger accessories.
