Watch North West Expertly Recreate Rihanna’s Viral Super Bowl 2023 Dance on TikTok

North West’s TikTok is the gift that keeps on giving. Over the last few months, the nine-year-old has posted everything from beauty tutorials to FX makeup content on the account she shares with her mom Kim Kardashian, but her latest post might be one of the best yet.

To celebrate Rihanna’s 35th birthday, North West decided to recreate a fragment of the singer’s choreography from her recent Super Bowl 2023 halftime show performance with a bit of help from Mariah Carey’s ten-year-old daughter Monroe.

Clad in a red bomber jacket and matching skirt mimicking the singer’s custom Loewe moment at the famed event, Monroe takes on the role of Rihanna for the TikTok video with a pink karaoke microphone in hand. North, on the other hand, is dressed in all-white with a pair of shield sunglasses, just like the “marshmallow dancers” accompanying Rih on stage. 

The duo decided to recreate one of the most viral parts of the performance, which happened while Rihanna was singing “Work,” and we must admit the resemblance is uncanny. 

This isn’t the only TikTok video Monroe and North filmed together. The pair also enlisted the help of their very famous mothers to participate in another TikTok trend, which sees users dancing to Mariah Carey’s 2009 song “It’s a Wrap.” North seems to be developing a knack for dance trends these days, lest we forget she also recreated Wednesday’s viral dance scene on the app. All hail the TikTok queen!
