Jenna Ortega made her Saturday Night Live debut last night with a little help from the show’s alumnus, Fred Armisen, in a hilarious sketch dedicated to a 90’s cult classic.

Armisen, who starred on SNL for 11 years, returned to the show and acted out a “remake” of The Parent Trap alongside his Wednesday co-star. In the sketch, Ortega was playing both roles of Hallie and Annie — much like Lindsay Lohan did in the 1998 version. Armisen played a crew member named Raymond who was filling in for Ortega’s body double. Bowen Yang played the director in the scene.

It was one of the more hilarious sketches for Ortega, who flawlessly kept her composure as Armisen’s Raymond rattled off inappropriate lines.

“Maybe someone else wants to read the lines, you know, like the ones that are in the script?” Ortega quipped after Raymond ad-libbed.

Ortega’s character also showed a picture of “the beautiful Shawn Mendes” at one point, to which Armisen replied, “Wow he is hot. You know who I like? Lisa Rinna. I would let her wreck me.”

The pair later recreated the famous scene where Annie and Hallie put together that they’re twins by piecing together a ripped-apart photo of their parents. In the SNL sketch, the picture showed Leslie Mann and Ed Helms in place of Natasha Richardson and Dennis Quaid from the 90’s movie.

“Hallie! We’re frickin twins,” Armisen said. “So they just split us up? Why would they do that to us? We’ve got to kill them.”

The 1998 Disney film — which came out before Ortega was born — was a remake of the 1961 movie of the same name. Actress Hayley Mills played both twins in the original version as well. But the 90’s version became a hit and has stood the test of time, remaining beloved.
